  • Documentary Preview and Q&A: Organic Nobility

Enjoy an exclusive sneak peek of Organic Nobility, an indie documentary exploring the ecological and cultural significance of truffles. Following the preview, participate in a Q&A session with the film’s producer, William Padilla-Brown, to gain deeper insights into the making of the documentary and the remarkable role of truffles in sustainability and culture.

About the Instructor:

William Padilla-Brown is the Founder and CEO of MycoSymbiotics, a pioneering applied biological science business he established in 2015. A multidisciplinary citizen scientist, William specializes in mycology, phycology, and molecular biology, and holds certifications in permaculture design and algal culturing. He is the author of the first English-language books on cultivating Cordyceps mushrooms and frequently leads courses on their cultivation. His work has been featured in publications like Fantastic Fungi and VICE, and he is the founder of MycoFest, an annual mushroom and arts festival now in its tenth year.
