The Director of Communications is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the Communications program at Catalina Island Conservancy.

The Digital Content Producer and Social Media Strategist helps to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that advance the priority initiatives laid forth in the Catalina Island Conservancy’s strategic plan, Catalina Island Restoration Project, and the overall mission of the Catalina Island Conservancy.

The Manager for Budget and Financial Analysis will work closely with the Director of Finance, providing high-level financial planning, reporting, and budgeting expertise fora nonprofit organization with a $30 million operating budget and approximately 100 employees.

This position functions as the driver for the Eco Tour Department, performing ecological tours of the interior land owned by the Conservancy.

This position is a journeyman mechanic with advanced skills in auto mechanics, including the ability to rebuild engines

This position is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a manner that creates a positive, memorable experience for each and every person who calls or visits a Catalina Island Conservancy location.

The Trails Technician will play an integral role with the Catalina Island Conservancy’s Trails Program goals by performing trail maintenance, repairs throughout the island, and assist with administrative needs for the department.
