Catalina Kids’ Nature Lab: Afterschool Science Mondays
Jun. 8 @ 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
Free
Join us for our free monthly after-school series on Monday, June 8, 2026, from 2:15 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Each month, we’ll explore a new theme and engage in hands-on activities that celebrate the natural wonders of Catalina. This month’s focus is Catalina’s Blue World featuring special guests from Algalita Marine Research and Education. We will learn all about marine debris and plankton while enjoying snacks and rotating through ocean science stations. Students will explore plankton samples under microscopes and investigate how different plastics react in seawater.
