If you are 70 1/2 years old or older, you can fulfill a Catalina Island donation request by giving up to $105,000 of your IRA’s required minimum distribution (RMD) directly to Catalina Island Conservancy, all without reporting additional income. This simple step allows you to help keep Catalina wild and beautiful while potentially lowering your taxes at the same time!
