Summer Solstice Garden Hike & Sunset Sound Bath

Celebrate the longest day of the year with an evening of movement, mindfulness and stargazing on Catalina Island. Begin with a guided hike along the scenic Garden to Sky trail from 6 – 7:30 p.m.  After returning from the summit, gather at the Wrigley Memorial & Botanic Garden for a 1-hour sound bath led by Chelsea, including a gentle guided meditation to ease in and out of the experience from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

To end the evening, enjoy some stargazing, and telescope viewing under the night sky (weather permitting).
