Restore and Explore

Protecting Catalina Island’s wildlands and our more than 60 endemic species of plants and animals takes many forms and requires ongoing effort. Join us for a day of restoring the landscape. Activities include beach clean ups, invasive plant removal, fox telemetry and other conservation projects. As a volunteer, you will help the Conservancy’s mission to protect this unique Island so everyone can experience it. Meet at the Trailhead Visitor Center and we’ll take care of the rest – transportation and supplies are provided.

When: Meet at the Trailhead Visitor Center for complimentary transportation to the clean-up site at 8 a.m. Return by 12:30 p.m.

This volunteer opportunity occurs every Tuesday. Please register at least 48 hours in advance.
