Join us for an elegant evening of cocktails, dinner and dancing as we celebrate 30 years of the Catalina Island Conservancy Ball.

For more than 50 years, the Catalina Island Conservancy has protected and restored one of California’s most significant island ecosystems. What began in 1972 with a bold conservation vision has grown into a working model that connects people to nature while protecting critical habitat for species found nowhere else on Earth.

Today, the Conservancy manages 42,000 acres of protected wildlands, maintains 165 miles of roads and trails, operates as L.A. County’s largest outdoor classroom, and leads ecosystem restoration work that includes wildfire prevention, native habitat restoration and wildlife monitoring programs. This work succeeds because of supporters who believe in protecting this unique island ecosystem.

Join us Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the historic Avalon Casino Ballroom to support the Conservancy’s mission. The evening includes dinner, live music and an exciting live auction featuring unique items and experiences.

All guests are then invited to sunset cocktails on the Casino ballroom terrace overlooking Avalon Harbor, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom.

Make a weekend of it! Arrive early to the Island to hike Conservancy trails, take a Conservancy Eco Tour into the wildlands or visit the Wrigley Memorial & Botanic Garden. A special late night return boat will be available from Avalon to Long Beach on Catalina Express.

Proceeds support the Conservancy’s mission to advance conservation, education and recreation programs on Catalina Island.
