Catalina Birding Excursion

Join us for a birding excursion led by Laura Vandezande, Catalina Island’s expert birder! This excursion will take participants into the heart of Catalina Island to explore its diverse avian life. Learn about the island’s unique bird species, their habitats, and behaviors while enjoying the beauty of Catalina’s natural landscapes.
The event fee includes: A Catalina Island bird field guide, Rite-in the- Rain notebook, and pencil.
Lunch is not included — please pack your own snacks and lunch. Bring a reusable water bottle, and come dressed for a field day with layers, sun protection, long pants, and sturdy shoes.
