No More Spots Available.\nSpring is a beautiful time to experience Catalina Island and we’re inviting our members to join us on Saturday\, May 17\, for our new Spring Membership Hike. \nWe have designed this hike for our entire member community — hikers of all abilities\, Marinero boaters and Aero Club pilots — as an opportunity to come together and celebrate and experience the mission of the Conservancy. \nAll members are welcome to join for a day on the trail\, with rolling green hills\, blooming wildflowers and lunch together at Little Harbor Campground. This hike is a new opportunity to connect with the land\, the community and the mission you support. \nChoose your adventure: We are offering three different starting points to suit your travel plans and hiking preferences. The cost is $30 for members and $75 for non-member guests. Please note that transportation options vary by route. Whether you take the ferry into Avalon and shuttle to the hike\, fly into the Airport in the Sky\, or boat into Two Harbors\, there are options for everyone. \n  \n\nOption 1: Airport to Little Harbor – Meet in Avalon\nThis 6-mile moderate hike starts at Airport in the Sky and ends at Little Harbor with a good amount of downhill terrain. Includes transportation to and from the Trailhead Visitor Center in Avalon. \nSchedule:\n\n9:45 a.m. – Meet at the Trailhead Visitor Center in Avalon for shuttle transportation\n10:30 a.m. – Arrive at Airport in the Sky (restrooms available)\n10:45 a.m. – Begin hike to Little Harbor\n12:30–2:30 p.m. – Lunch\, drinks and free time at Little Harbor (lunch catered by Cafe Metropole)\n2:30–3:30 p.m. – Return to Avalon\n\n\n  \n\nOption 2: Airport to Little Harbor – Fly In\nThis 6-mile moderate hike (or 12 miles round trip) is designed for our Aero Club members flying into Airport in the Sky. You’ll hike from the airport to Little Harbor for lunch and choose to hike back to the Airport or take a shuttle back. The trail has a good amount of downhill and uphill sections. \nSchedule:\n\n10:30 a.m. – Arrive at Airport in the Sky\n10:45 a.m. – Begin 6-mile hike to Little Harbor\n12:30–2 p.m. – Lunch\, drinks and free time at Little Harbor (lunch catered by Cafe Metropole)\n2 p.m. – Begin return hike to Airport\, or\n2:30 p.m. – Shuttle departs to Avalon via the Airport\n\n\n  \n\nOption 3: Two Harbors to Little Harbor – Out and Back\nThis 12-mile round-trip hike is ideal for our Marineros boating community. This hike begins and ends in Two Harbors for a boat-in adventure. This route includes hills and is considered moderate to difficult. Return transportation to Two Harbors is not provided for this option. \nSchedule:\n\n10:15 a.m. – Meet at the picnic tables by Harbor Sands in Two Harbors\n10:30 a.m. – Begin hike to Little Harbor\n12:30–2 p.m. – Lunch\, drinks and free time at Little Harbor (lunch catered by Cafe Metropole)\n2 p.m. – Begin hike back to Two Harbors\n4:30 p.m. – Arrive at Two Harbors
