Join us for an immersive and inspiring nature journaling workshop led by renowned naturalist\, educator and author John Muir Laws. He’s known for developing interdisciplinary programs that combine art with science and train people to observe the world with rigor and joy. Designed for nature enthusiasts of all levels\, this workshop invites us to slow down\, deepen our observation skills and connect more intentionally with the natural world. \nWhat’s Included \n\nA guided tour through Catalina Island wildlands\, led by Conservancy naturalists.\nAn immersive\, hands-on workshop with renowned nature journaler John Muir Laws.\nOpportunities to practice observation\, drawing and nature journaling techniques in the field.\nA complimentary nature journal for each participant.\n\nWhat to Bring \n\nA packed lunch\nSunscreen\nA reusable water bottle\nLayered clothing\, as temperatures may vary throughout the day\n\nImportant to Know \nTravel to and from the Island is not included and must be reserved in advance.
